Worst Customer Service

spent almost $60 and bought pearls to buy the things they have on sale. half the items i bought never showed up and so i message their customer support.

1. They took 4 days to reply. Each reply was like a copy and paste thing where they all said the same exact thing.

2. I had to explain my situation 100 times on so many ways because they dont understand the situation at all.

** I give this a 1-star because of the customer service this people have. Worst customer service ever. Once you lose your money this guys wont help out.
